Refund policy
At our store, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us first so we can assist you with your concern and provide the best possible solution.
The return can be done within 14 days from the delivery of the order.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will then notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.
Please note that the cost of return shipping should be paid by the customer.
Unclaimed parcels:
If the customer does not pick up their parcel and does not contact us to cancel the order, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, and a return & handling fee of €14.90 will be deducted from the refund.
